Aptech Africa has successfully completed the supply and installation of 13 stand-alone solar kits with storage acrossvocational training centers in Central African Republic.
The solar systems installed include 4 kits of 7 kWp, 2 kits of 5 kWp, and 7 kits of 0.6 kWp, providing a total battery storage capacity of 188.4 kWh. All systems are roof-mounted and stand-alone, designed to function independently of the grid. High-quality hardware such as Victron inverters (5 kVA), Soleil Power inverters (3.5 kVA and 875 VA), and a combination of 2V-1500Ah, 100Ah-12V, and 200Ah-12V Soleil Power batteries ensures reliable and efficient performance for continuous training activities.
Aptech Africa ensured optimized system configurations, high-quality installations, and on-site guidance for trainers to maximize the systems’ performance, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and practical impact.
The outcome is transformative: approximately 3,000 students and trainers now benefit from clean, reliable electricity, enabling uninterrupted learning, improved training quality, and increased productivity.
By providing sustainable energy solutions, Aptech Africa is illuminating classrooms and empowering the next generation of skilled professionals in the Central African Republic. Moreover, this project reflects Aptech Africa’s commitment to enabling sustainable, reliable energy solutions for education and skills development in remote regions.
