Aptech Africa successfully installed a 10 kVA solar PV system at a private residence in Freetown, Sierra Leone, delivering clean, reliable, and efficient energy.
The system features high-efficiency solar panels mounted on a carport structure, a Deye inverter, and a Weco battery bank for backup.This standalone system has been designed with the potential for future integration with the grid and a backup generator, providing flexibility and long-term energy reliability.
The carport structure not only generates solar power but also offers practical shaded parking, perfectly combining functionality and sustainability. Aptech Africa ensured the installation met the client’s exact specifications, delivering a fully operational and visually integrated solution.
The system directly benefits more than twenty people, providing stable electricity for both household and community activities. This project contributes to reliable power supply, reduced energy costs, renewable energy adoption, and an improved quality of life, creating a lasting positive impact on the household and surrounding community.
