Ghirmay Abraham Selected for Africa’s Digital Champions

Aptech Africa is proud to share that its Managing Director, Ghirmay Abraham, was selected to represent Eritrea as an Africa Digital Champion for the class of 2021. 

Africa’s 50 Digital Champions List is part of the Africa Digital Festival that identifies 50 innovators and changemakers who use digital innovations to impact their societies across 50 African Countries. 

Ghirmay Abraham was identified as the changemaker for Eritrea through his work with the PAY-N-PUMP project at Aptech Africa. PAY-N-PUMP uses innovative digital solutions to make solar water pumping and irrigation accessible to small scale farmers.
