When the barriers that once prevented women from equal access to energy and economic opportunities were removed, significant productivity gains have been realized across the energy industry, and women are now transforming this sector as entrepreneurs, innovators and key decision makers.
Key to note, at Aptech, of the top four C-Suite members i.e., the Metkel Z Abraham (CEO), Laura Corcoran (COO), Anna Karugaba (CTO) & Disha Parekh (CFO), three are females making a whopping 75% of the key decision makers within the company, and as the energy industry faces the urgent need to transform and innovate, a more diverse workforce is a priority.
